Anthony did a GREAT JOB for us correcting an Off Track garage door, balancing everything and replacing many bent parts and tracking and setting up all the closing pressures and getting everything well on track again. Do you realize how desperate you feel when you cannot close or open your garage door? I sat in my car for an hour pressing my remote button in 90+ degree weather and my button was worn out and my key to my front door would not unlock my door. Precision sent a serviceman two hours earlier than the scheduled time ( they called for permission) and the tech fixed my problem in 10 minutes. Hallajulah!!! Thank you Precision!

I bought a door from you in 2019. With a low clearance in the garage the installers had to work really hard in order to get everything working correctly. From the first person that came to work on my door in 2019 him being fair and honest with me unlike another company I decided to go ahead and get a new door every tho he got the old one to work. Andrew was just as good and had to work hard because of the low clearance he did a great job and we are well pleased.

Great experience with Precision Door today from my first contact over the phone to cleanup after the service was complete. Anthony arrived about an hour after my call and was thorough and knowledgeable. He corrected a couple of things which hadn’t been done properly at initial installation 11 years ago which gave me a lot of peace of mind. We were not satisfied with the technician. Upon arrival he immediately started trying to sell products and services instead of just doing the repairs requested. He also changed our door from a 2 torsion spring system to a single spring system. Quality of the work other than that was good. We will be monitoring this door closely.

Top notch service! When our garage refused to close just before 5pm, I was given an appointment immediately for 6-8pm that evening. Anthony called shortly afterwards to ask if he could come immediately, which thrilled us. He quickly identified the problem, gave us a quote and proceeded with the repairs because he had everything available on his truck. Our door was nearly 19 years old and well used. Most parts needed replacing and we opted for a new opener as well. The repairs were made quickly, and professionally at a reasonable price. I will absolutely call Precision for any future needs we have and recommend Precision Door Service.

Precision came out to quote my garage for a door removal and install. They quoted $1100 more than any other company I have spoken to. They tried to charge me for things hanging on my wall that could easily be removed as "obstructions" and the sales tactics were greasy. I would never ask them for a quote again.

This is the second time that I have used Precision Door Services both for two different jobs. Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
