Aaron our tech called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled since he was in our area, and we ssid yes. He was friendly and professional, and fixed everything with our remotes efficiently. My realtor recommended Precision. Within an hour of my phone call, AAron was at my door. At the most I was hoping he could close it for me because it was stuck open. I was sure, I would need a brand new door along with corresponding hardware. No, within ten minutes, Aaron had worked up a quote and said he could repair the door right then. Needless to say, IT'S FIXED! Many thanks, Aaron for your hard work and thank you to Precision for your outstanding customer service, Sierra was my first contact with Precision and she was fabulous. Not only that, I've been promised a five year warranty on the repairs. It doesn't get any better than that!

Awesome job!! Door wouldn’t close and a roller fell out when trying to lower manually. The technician was early, went right to work and figured out the cable had failed. He replaced it, worked to put the roller back and reset the door and it now works perfectly!! Second time I have used Precision and would highly recommend their professionalism and how quick they scheduled the job and same day fix.

Precision was very quick to help us in our time of need. The gentleman who came was very kind and courteous and explained exactly what happened for the garage door opener not to function properly. He also showed us how to reset our code on door.

In 2014 we had to have the door controller replaced, I did not know who to call and found Precision Door in Chattanooga, TN The company reps from the time the phone was answered until the tech left were fantastic to deal with. The tech advised us on his findings and what was needed. We went with a belt driver controller and replaced the rollers with the newest on the market. The door can hardly be heard now when raising and closing it. We have never swayed away to another company and always call Precision. They are all courteous, on time with a very fast time to arrive and knowledgeable in their industry. Their services are impeccable. Thanks to all at Precision Door Service for a fantastic job.
