After some sticker shock regarding the cost to repair my garage door I was able to discuss & review more clearly the extent of repairs/replacement of door parts with the repair person servicing my garage door. The itemized repair costs was important to a clearer understanding. I actually ended up repairing both doors.

The guys showed up on time. Did a great job explaining what was wrong with the garage door and what my options were. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion. A review of what had been completed was done. The garage was as clean when they left as when they arrived. I will use them again and recommend Precision Garage Door Service. We just purchased our home and had a spring break on the garage door. Was able to set up a same day appointment with Percussion Door Service. The technician, Preston was on time, professional and clean. We went over all the problems with the door. It wasn't just the spring. The door needed two springs for it size yet only had only one, The bearings and rollers we're shot also. Both of us couldn't lift the door before the repairs. After the repairs it was easy to move with one arm. We are very satisfied with Preston and the work he preformed. Thank you

Great experience. I called at 8am and the technician was here shortly after 10. A company I called earlier said the best they could do was come in 3 days, having only 1 car this was ridiculous. Preston Stockton was professional and very knowledgeable about the repair. I will definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone who is in need of garage door repair.

We had an obvious broken spring and called Precision. Preston Stocktoncame when they said he would. Preston was extremely professional and came with a fully stocked truck. The tech diagnosed the troubles and explained in detail the issues and what he suggested to remedy the situation. He completed a door rebuild in about an hr and everything was completed as he quoted. Tech was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I recommend This company.
