Today, a young technician (Tyson) provided excellent service. After I made a telephone request regarding a lost garage door opener, I was able to be scheduled within a short amount of time. Tyson telephoned prior to his arrival and once again after arriving. He was polite and professional as he programmed my new garage opener. I am very grateful for the help I received today. When we discovered the broken garage door spring while our vehicles were inside the garage, we were dismayed. I called Precision and a tech Tyson arrived in about an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem (not installed properly when our house was built), explained repair options along with the cost for each option, and moved forward with the repair. He had everything needed on the truck and completed the job in an hour. Thank you, Precision and thank you to Tyson!

Saw advertisement on TV my door had lots of squeaks every time I opened or closed so I thought I would call Precision. Very efficient and didn’t take long but my repair man Tyson was very nice and efficient. It was a little expensive but thankful I had the money and looking forward to having it work better.

From the initial call to schedule a repair to the completion of the repairs, Precision provided excellent customer service. Their prices were considerably less than another company in the area and they were able to schedule a technician to make the repairs the same day as my call. Tyson was prompt, did a thorough inspection of garage door and gave us a price before making the proper repairs along with a year warranty. Highly recommended

I had a minor problem with my garage door causing me to be unable to use it. Your weekend phone service promised a Monday morning appointment time. Your technician, Tyson, arrived early on Monday and quickly repaired the problem. He inspected the whole door and suggested a replacement of the torque spring. The house is 17 years old and the spring is probably that age also so I had him to replace it. I was extremely pleased with your response time and with the service Tyson performed. He is an excellent representative of your company. When and if I need garage door service again I will certainly call Precision and request Tyson as the technician.

What great service! I called Precision Door in Chattanooga and explained my problem to the receptionist. Within 20 minutes Tyson, a repair technician, called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he explained the the cause of my problem and what needed to be done. Within 30 minutes or so, a new motor had been installed, and Tyson had explained everything to me in detail. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. This type of attitude from everyone I've come in contact with at Precision Door is the reason I keep coming back. Excellent customer service from the time I placed a service called late afternoon tech arrived within 1 1/2 hours. Tech was very friendly and had all parts on his truck to fix our door. Will definitely use them again and would recommend giving them a call when you need service.

My garage door is over 20 years old. The spring broke. I called Precision door service and of course they couldn't give me a price over the phone. When the service man arrived he told me what it would cost and I couldn't believe it then or today. They replaced the spring and the rollers with the cables. It took no more than 15 minutes. For a spring, labor and two small rollers they charged me over $600.00. I don't know how this company can steel money from seniors like this. This price is unjustifiable. Will never contact this company ever again. I worked on and built buildings all over Chattanooga Tn from Sequa in the 70's to Findley Stadium so I know something about skill and cost. I was a brick mason and I earned my money but today it seems that people think they deserve the money for little service.
