Service person said 1-3 to fix my door problem Service person shows up at noon. I was not at home. Called wife to hurry home.. Not happy about that and one more. $69 for a service call. Understand and then add an additional $25 for some other charge not related to me and the so called service charge. Not happy about this either.

I have used Precision a couple of times in the past, as well as again today, and give them the highest recommendation. The techs are courteous, on time, and are always able to rectify the issue quickly. Always a very professional result. Tyson was excellent today!!

I had a spring break on my garage door which resulted in the inability of the door opening. I called Precision and they were at my home in 30 minutes. I also requested a quote for the replacement of both of my garage doors. I had the spring replaced and ordered 2 new garage doors too. Precision's TV commercial is why I called them. Their prompt service, great service techs were exactly as advertised. I highly recommend Precision if you are need of any garage door service or replacement.

Convincing the tech to clear the motor code is annoying, chain flapping down it’s obvious there’s a problem. Saying I don’t know to me, come on man. This is your bread and butter. Door opens a few inches less I guess it’s fixed? Chain flaps less, code doesn’t come back Asked him if he could fix the dog chewed wiring to the IR’s it didn’t get done either.

These guys took care of business. Tyson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced our torsion spring with the correct size spring, identified the fact that the original installers didn't do it correctly, made it right, and all in a timely fashion. Tyson arrived much quicker than we could have imagined. He was very informative and capable. We had a broken spring, needed a new garage door opener and to have our frame straightened ( and more!) he completed everything and cleaned up behind himself in less than 2 hours.

When I arrived home from work Friday evening I realized the main spring on my garage door had broken. Not the best way to end the week and felt it would be at least a week to get it repaired. Saturday morning I saw a commercial for Precision Door and called at 9:00am. By 9:30 Tyson was at my home and he made all the required repairs by 10:30. Tyson was very courteous and efficient and explained the issues and my options. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any Garage Door needs.

I'm giving a two and not a one because you were punctual. I can't believe the estimate I received from your employees. They we there 2-3 minutes and said I needed a complete rebuild. I'd like you to come to my house and have a look yourself. I went on you tube after the left watched a half dozen how to videos fixed it myself for free.

The tech called ahead. Arrived soon. Got the work done quickly. Was very nice. But, he asked me some odd questions... He asked did I live alone in this big home. He asked did I have a gun. And he asked for a Coke before he left. I answered his questions & gave him a Coke, but I don't think those 3 questions were appropriate for a repairman to ask. Other than that, the service was great!! So thankful to have this repair done! The tech even helped me back my car out of the garage. He directed me. I had side swiped the door pulling in last night. Also broke the side mirror on my car. Was afraid to back out without help. Thank you Precision Door!

Our previous service was excellent. This time, not so much. The door wasn't opening more than a foot, then stopping. The tech said something about a bad circuit board, and told us we needed a whole new system for something north of $600! I declined, read the owner's manual, and adjusted the "up force" on the back of the motor housing, and now the door opens perfectly.

OMG! I couldn’t believe how fast it was. Appointment the next day. Garage door wouldn’t open or close all the way. Turned out it was the opener. We saw that too. The gear was totally shot. They agreed. Replaced the opener. That was a lot $. However, the new opener is so quiet and so small an Wi-Fi enabled. They walked us through all of the steps to activate that and the basic operation of the unit. It only took 30 minutes. So impressed.
