Originally from Charleston West Virginia. I am a Vietnam Veteran with 30 years experience in mechanical systems. I have 5 children and 11 grandchildren. When I am not working I spend all my free time with various church groups, family, fishing, and an occasional dog show.

Precision was able to provide same day service on my "hung door"which was of great relief as I was not comfortable with my family being in and around the garage with the poor state of our door! Our technician was knowledgeable and explained all my options before allowing me to decide how to proceed. The garage door was back to full operation and better than before by dinner time!
