Precision is definitely a name you can trust! Aaron came out and installed a new garage door opener for me. He was nice and courteous. Before I knew it he had it up and running. He made sure everything was operational, all the remotes and he linked my car to open the garage door. I have always had a GREAT experience with Precision. Highly recommend!

Service was efficient and good. Cost for springs, cables, and other needed parts seemed pretty expensive especially for the small amount of time spent for the repair (less than an hour). It appears that there is a significant mark up on the actual cost of the parts.

We had a door emergency that rendered the door unusable and off its rails and, while I know there us an element of luck involved, they were actually able to get out within a half an hour and had our door fixed about 40 minutes later in time for us to go out on a movie date we had been planning without leaving the front of our house wide open. Given how many repairs of this nature are now booked weeks to months out that was pretty fantastic! Aron was the tech and he was very friendly as well as fast.

I took advantage of a weekly special to have my garage door checked out. It had been making awful screeching sounds, plus I was having problems with it working properly with three openers. Aron and Tyson assessed the problem and quickly went to work lubricating everything until it worked to my satisfaction.
