The technician (Richie) troubleshooted the problem after we explained the problem we were experiencing with our door. He changed out the sensors which resolved the issues. He also took the time to lub the rollers & springs. Job well done.

I called after a lightning strike fried our double garage door motor, and they came same day and completed the replacement. Not just fast service, but also very thorough and reasonably priced. If you’re lucky enough to have Anthony as your service person, you’re in good hands. He was so nice and helpful. Even gave me extra pointers on how to reprogram my car with the remote. We had new springs and rollers installed one week ago (on a less than three year old garage door) because of terrible noises upon opening and closing. Now we have a whole new set of noises. Scheduling another service call to see of the issue can be resolved...will keep you posted.

Precision door head someone here to replace the torsion springs on my door within a couple of hours. The man who worked on the door was very nice man. He got out of the truck with a big smile on his face and was in a good mood the whole time even though he was doing a tough job and working around the car that was stuck in the garage.
