Shawn York was our tech today. He was on time, super friendly, informative, and advised us on the proper replacement for our garage door. We were hoping for just a repair but learned it would be better to replace an old system that wasn’t transmitting properly anymore. I choose Precision because I was able to make an appointment and have someone out to repaint garage door as soon as possible. They called to let me know they were coming and showed up in the time frame I asked for. Shawn did a great job on several options and explained each option to me and what each warranty would cover and the cost for each one before fixing my problem with the garage door. I highly recommend them to anyone.
