Very pleased with the service I received and I would definitely use Precision again. My garage door wouldn't open this morning (something was wrong with the power supply to the motor) and when I called Precision they sent a tech within an hour. Tony was wonderful, friendly, great attitude and very knowledgeable. I ended up replacing the motor on my door (it was my choice because it was a bit old and also missing the photo sensors, remote controls back up battery etc. and I didn't want to deal with any more technical issues in the future) but I never felt like the tech tried to push any sale on me. I was even thinking that I need a new door but he told me the door itself was fine and I don't need to worry about it. He replaced the motor within an hour, very thoroughly explained everything to me and what to do in case the door ever gets stuck again and answered all my questions. As a single woman and new to home ownership (I have lived in an apartment my whole life) I have been very overwhelmed and intimidated with all the house maintenance work and I greatly appreciate the education I get when the techs explain everything with great patience. I also appreciate that they are open beyond the standard 9-5 business hours.

The response was immediate and got it done the same day. The fellows that did the job were very good at what they do.

Precision made us a custom garage door and installed it a year ago. They were here for a service call for an issue (no charge), and I'm very impressed with the quick, helpful service! It's not something we always find in today's world--worth noting and saying thank you when we do!

Had a tension spring break on one of my garage doors. Called Precision and spoke to Jen. She was very polite and knowledgeable and advised she could get a technician out to fix the issue within the next few hours. Technician Jonathan arrived as promised and was professional polite and efficient. Jonathan explained his findings and recommended replacing the bushings as well. I am pleased with the work. I would recommend them.

Breaking our garage door happened so unexpectedly. It was dramatic and scary. Our massive double garage doors had come off its tracks and was barely hanging on by wires. Precision was able to come within the hour. The technician Hayden was so capable, nice-mannered, hard-working and positive. He showed great skill and talent in fixing our garage door. He was actually able to make our garage door better than before we’d broken it. Thank you very much.

We purchased our home a year and a half ago. In that time, we had Preston replace an opener and a spring. We decided to replace both single garage doors. On Thursday, March 7, 2024. They are going to install Monday, March 11, 2024. That is crazy good. So happy with all the work they have done. Five stars.

We had a door emergency that rendered the door unusable and off its rails and, while I know there us an element of luck involved, they were actually able to get out within a half an hour and had our door fixed about 40 minutes later in time for us to go out on a movie date we had been planning without leaving the front of our house wide open. Given how many repairs of this nature are now booked weeks to months out that was pretty fantastic! Aron was the tech and he was very friendly as well as fast.

Excellent service from Precision Door company. Tony replaced the faulty wiring for the safety sensors on an up-and-over garage door in less than an hour. Tony was very thorough and completed the repair in less than an hour! He also checked and lubricated our garage door, which now opens and closes flawlessly! A first-class job!

I booked online at 8:30 for a 9-11 appointment slot the same day. Two technicians (Hunter and Jon) were out here at 10:00. They fixed the issue and tuned up some other things that needed attention that I was unaware of. Very pleased with the service, ease of getting appointment, friendliness and professionalism. My work was under warranty and I didn't even know, so that was an added bonus!

A soring broke on my garage door and I scheduled an online appt for 0900 to 1100 window the following day. At 0840 the morning of my appointment, Jon called and said he was 40 minutes. He was a true professional, puntuall and did a complete assessment of my door, springs and overall function and made recommended replacement. Within an hour. This is THE company for garage door repair. I needed the springs replaced on my garage door. Tyson came to the house earlier than scheduled. He called to tell me he was on his way. By the way, there was still snow and ice on the roads when he came out. He suggested the right replacement for my springs, and 20 minutes later, he had my garage door opening and closing like new.

Tony did a jam up job for us on a Sunday evening. The door failed in the partial open position and low temperatures and snow were in the forecast. Called Precision and within an hour Tony was on site, gave a quote and got to work. He had all the parts stocked in his service truck. Couple hours later the door had been rebuilt and we were good to go.

I have used Precision 3 times and have been totally satisfied all 3 times. I have received same day service each time and each time the representative has arrived within 3 hours of call. I have referred them to family who have used them 2 times always completely satisfied. Will always use Precision.
