We had a great experience today! They were able to schedule a technician to come out the same day, which was such a relief. Tony was our technician, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He took his time explaining everything clearly and made sure we understood all of our options. He was also incredibly kind and patient with our toddler, which we appreciated more than he knows! On top of the excellent service, they offer a military and first responders discount, which is a wonderful gesture. The repair cost is not cheap, but there were a few options to choose from. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received!

Service person Derek was very personable and easy to talk to. He did not have the part needed to repair the opener but called immediately to his office to see if they had it in stock. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered, and the repair had to be put on hold. Derek said he not seen this happen before; metal piece breaking off instead of belt failure.

A wonderful experience having a my garage door running perfectly again. Matt was amazing and so efficient in jumping right onto what I considered a complete rebuild and being done in about two hours. My garage door would go all the way down and then come back up. Technician said that he needed to replace pretty much everything on the garage door because the door was too heavy, that cost me $1500 dollars. After doing research, I think that the problem could have been resolved by just adjusting the down pressure on the motor. The door was not that hard to open manually.

We had a garage door in Huntsville serviced by another franchise of Precision. The company manages to hire true professionals. Today, we had to have the spring, rollers, and cable replaced on our door. Tony P. knew exactly what we needed on the door that was already here when we moved in 5 years ago. And he even leveled our uneven door while he was at it. He also didn't try to upsell us the motor - after doing an inspection he said there was no reason to do it at this time. To top it all off, he showed up within an hour of our initial contact and finish the whole job within two hours. Couldn't ask for better service.
