The technician arrived on time and accomplished what was needed quickly. We discussed what was the problem; he replaced the worn door seals, lubricated the rollers, and made adjustments. Our doors that once banged when closing now close quietly. Thank you!!

Thank you! Your employee showed up exactly when he said he would. He was perfectly well mannered, well presented and very professional. He explained everything to our understanding and was very patient and knowledgeable. He completed the job very timely, cleaned up spotlessly and we are extremely happy with the job done. Thank you! Joe L. Below, It only allows one choice to be used for service performed and new product purchased. He installed opener inside and out and repaired spring with purchase of all related materials.

The install team was professional and efficient. I was impressed how quick the change out of the old door and install of the new door happened. You could tell the lead person (Thom) has a ton of expertise and experience with garage doors. My only concern wasn't with the installers but I noticed the hardware of the Marr door was a lighter gauge than what was removed.

If I could add a plus to those stars I would. When my garage door wouldn't open all the way, I thought about asking a friend to check it. Something just guided me to look for a professional. I found a site that would contact me in 24 hrs. In the meantime, my car is stuck in the garage. Then I found Precision! Thank goodness! The website was impressive, I was able to chat with them, and they could send someone out TODAY!!! They sent Trevor. He was so professional, immediately explained everything to me and assured me he could fix it today! He took less than an hour, did more than was necessary (changed bulbs for me) and had my door working beautifully again. He explained that the screws that were placed in the Lifter?? were too small and that the door could have fallen because the screws were coming out of the wood! Imagine what that would have cost when the door fell on my car and my side by side! Thank you Trevor and thank you Precision! I hope I have the opportunity to recommend you to my friends!

Precision sent out Scott the same day as my call. He spent four hours basically refurbing our door…springs, cables, bearings, rollers, a couple of hinges, a strake and adjustments to the door and opener. Now as good as new. Outstanding work by a super guy…knowledgable and polite. Thanks, Scott!

I had an issue with my garage door the day prior which all of a sudden works l made a loud noise and then would only open a foot. I attempted to tighten the cords that appeared to be lose and that still didn't resolve the problem. I messaged Precision that day and they sent someone the next day. Anthony was very helpful notified me that the spring has snapped. After inspection, he also noticed some other issues with whoever originally installed the door. He explained my options and performed the work within a couple hours. Door works great and is much quieter now. Thanks!

The office didn’t mention a fee to come to my house to address a situation that I thought was the result of a $1800 repair seven months ago. When tech finished he asked for the service fee plus a half hour hourly rate. He said that there was no warranty. I had not heard that from the dispatcher either. I could have done the work for less that a dollar worth of hardware. Instead over $100 bill. NE CAREFUL TO ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS
