My garage door would go all the way down and then come back up. Technician said that he needed to replace pretty much everything on the garage door because the door was too heavy, that cost me $1500 dollars. After doing research, I think that the problem could have been resolved by just adjusting the down pressure on the motor. The door was not that hard to open manually.

We had a garage door in Huntsville serviced by another franchise of Precision. The company manages to hire true professionals. Today, we had to have the spring, rollers, and cable replaced on our door. Tony P. knew exactly what we needed on the door that was already here when we moved in 5 years ago. And he even leveled our uneven door while he was at it. He also didn't try to upsell us the motor - after doing an inspection he said there was no reason to do it at this time. To top it all off, he showed up within an hour of our initial contact and finish the whole job within two hours. Couldn't ask for better service.

We heard that dreaded sound go off in our garage on Saturday night, so we made a Sunday morning appointment with Precision. Derek called to let us know he was running early and wanted to confirm if that was okay. It wasn't a small job, as he had to replace many components of our 28-year-old garage door system. He upgraded everything in about two hours, all while maintaining a great attitude and a smile on his face. His laugh is infectious! Thank you, Derek, for the great service!

I chose Precision Garage Service because I had used them before and had been happy with the service that I got at that time. I called for an appointment on Tuesday between a 2 hour window of 1:00 and 3:00. The technician, Tony Parson, was here at the top of that 2 hour window. Tony was very polite and after telling him what was wrong with the door and what I had done to fix the problem, he was very knowledgeable of what needed to be accomplished. Tony had to replace 7 items with the garage door from rollers to springs. It took him about an hour to repair the door. I'm very pleased with the work that was done within the time frame given.

I had my garage door worked on today by Precision. They installed my door over 10 years ago. My spring broke on Sunday, and they were there on Monday. About a year ago I needed a newer garage door opener and I called Precision for that as well. Anthony was my technician both times. He is excellent.
