I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. They are very prompt to take care of your needs. They are honest and customer focused. I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony and he explained in detail all the steps to be taken for me to purchase a new garage door and installation. I presently have to pull my garage door down by hand because of broken hinges. My garage door is approximately 40 years old. Anthony is putting a rush on my order. I feel Anthony is a valuable asset to Precision Garage Doors. Again, they are a great company to call.

First, this is no reflection on the employee. Precision are thieves. $1200 for a job that took less than an hour and under $250 (high side) in parts. Are you telling me that Garage door repairmen make $1000 an hour? The company is dishonest robbers of senior citizens. DO NOT use this company.

My garage door opener stopped working without warning. Anthony from Precision came out to look at it and determined the motor had burned out. I had purchased the opener a few years prior from Precision, and it had a lifetime warranty. Anthony returned in a couple days and fixed the problem. Precision and Anthony were very professional in assisting me. I have been a customer for a long time, and I would recommend Precision to anyone.

From start to finish, having the garage door spring repaired was a stress- free experience. Was able to schedule an appointment online and Tony P. called 15 minutes before the start of the appointment advising me that he was enroute. He evaluated the problem insuring he was not going to install an under-rated spring for the size of the door and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. Tony P. was prompt, knowledgeable, highly experienced, courteous, and does excellent work. He is an asset you cannot afford to lose! My garage door broke this morning and I couldn't get out! My littles were loaded and ready to go to daycare. My grandad came to our rescue and, after manually opening the door to let us out, he called PRECISION. Matt arrived within an hour and made the repairs. We closed our garage on Friday afternoon to the sound of a large bang. We immediately checked and the springs were broken and along with a cable. Its 5:30 and who to call? My husband remembered your name from a commercial on TV. He looked up the number and called. Yea, someone answered. The lady scheduled us for the next morning from 9-11. What on a Saturday! The technician (Matt C) called us 30 minutes before 9 stating he would be here at 9. Wow, he showed up on time, was informative and got to work. He finished in an hour. We couldn't be more pleased with everyone we talked to. Keep up the great Customer Service that you have. It is a breath of fresh air from most of the businesses we have encountered. I have to say I couldn't ask for better service. I just bought the house and the garage door was working and then it stopped.. They came out on time and removed my old door opener and replaced new wheels and track and a new Genie door opener . And removed all the old stuff and cleaned up. Works perfect!! Nice and quiet I can't even hear it open.. Awesome job guys.. Thanks Percussion!!!

The tech that came out to replace the seal on the bottom of the door did a good job after he called back up. At first He told me he could not replace the rubber seal he would have to order one. After calling someone he got a seal off of his truck that worked. I was charged $15 dollars more than my neighbor who had the same garage door except it was a two car garage and mine was a single car garage. When I asked about it the pricing seemed to be up to the tech who could not explain why a smaller door was more expensive. Not sure he was very experienced with the job.

We recently had a problem with our garage door opener. Precision was very prompt in repairing that problem. Their technician was knowledgeable and very courteous. Precision Garage was recommended to us by friends and now we would extend that recommendation to others.
