Precision Door replaced the motors on my garage door openers in 2016 after a lightning strike damaged them. When I encountered problems recently, I called them. I was having issues with two of the three garage doors. The technician was prompt and efficient. He was able to repair both doors and provided new openers for all three doors and programmed them for me. We have used Precision several times before and we have always been pleased with the service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door company.

We had an obvious broken spring and called Precision. Preston Stocktoncame when they said he would. Preston was extremely professional and came with a fully stocked truck. The tech diagnosed the troubles and explained in detail the issues and what he suggested to remedy the situation. He completed a door rebuild in about an hr and everything was completed as he quoted. Tech was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I recommend This company.

Do you realize how desperate you feel when you cannot close or open your garage door? I sat in my car for an hour pressing my remote button in 90+ degree weather and my button was worn out and my key to my front door would not unlock my door. Precision sent a serviceman two hours earlier than the scheduled time ( they called for permission) and the tech fixed my problem in 10 minutes. Hallajulah!!! Thank you Precision!

I choose Precision because I was able to make an appointment and have someone out to repaint garage door as soon as possible. They called to let me know they were coming and showed up in the time frame I asked for. Shawn did a great job on several options and explained each option to me and what each warranty would cover and the cost for each one before fixing my problem with the garage door. I highly recommend them to anyone.

First of all the online appointment service made scheduling ver simple and easy. Within minutes of making the appointment, Tyson let me know he was twenty minutes away. He arrived promptly and immediately analyzed the problem and suggested replacing the ten year old unit that was pretty much worn out. He got to work and replaced the unit with a much better model, programmed my remotes and programmed both of my vehicles. This was a very satisfying experience and I will recommend Precision Doors to all my friends. I truly appreciate the prompt, professional and courteous service.

One of my roll up garage doors side springs mechanism broke. Jean-Paul from Precision was dispatched the next morning. He arrived on time and replaced the side springs on both garage doors with standard over the door tension springs. Also replaced the old metal rollers and lubricated all the joints. Jean-Paul worked quickly and efficiently. They'll definately do any garage doors work I ever need!!!!

I bought a door from you in 2019. With a low clearance in the garage the installers had to work really hard in order to get everything working correctly. From the first person that came to work on my door in 2019 him being fair and honest with me unlike another company I decided to go ahead and get a new door every tho he got the old one to work. Andrew was just as good and had to work hard because of the low clearance he did a great job and we are well pleased.

I have used your company in the past to replace a garage door. I have recommended your company to many people for excellent service and expertise. My experience today was very poor. I called to see about getting up to 3 doors installed on a metal shop building that has 3: 9 ft wide by 8 ft tall swing open doors. I want to replace with a garage roll up door. The young man you sent out was not capable of assessing my door installation. I told him I had a concern on two of the doors (one with tight headroom and one not square on the bottom. He looked in the building and immediately started trying to call for help and could not get an answer for several minutes. He took NO measurement of any kind. He finally got someone to answer and described the one door with a tight headroom problem and told me the door would have to be framed down to 7 ft tall without any measurements. There was no discussion about the other two doors that did not have the same headroom concern. The young man left, and I felt like it was a complete waste of my time, and I will now have to get a different company to send out someone with experience to assess my installation. I am sure the young gentleman is a good employee, but some supervisor/manager is putting him in situations he has not been trained to address.

Came home from the Post Office and my garage door isn't working! Called Precision Garage Doors and within 40 minutes Tony was at my door. Another hour and my problem was solved. And he replaced the spring, checked out the door to make sure all was in tip top shape. I've had things repaired before, but I have never had such stellar service from anyone! Call them. You will not be disappointed!

Prompt Response- Called in the morning and the technician was here by 10.30 I showed the receipt when and what they had serviced before. He knew what he was doing and got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. No hassle; No additional charge; very polite and said to call if it starts doing it again.
